This past year intensified an already demanding profession. Accountants were asked to lead through an increasingly complex and ambiguous regulatory environment while also navigating daily stressors that accompanied the COVID-19 pandemic. Toss in political uncertainty and increased acts of racism, and it becomes clear: the demand on an accountant’s psychological resources is running at an all-time high.
Business leaders cannot underestimate the correlation between mental health and business performance. Mental capacity is much like the operating system on your computer. If your mind is anxiously running several programs, there is less space available for critical thinking and problem-solving.
This webinar blends the expertise of a licensed psychotherapist and the wisdom of a CPA turned professional coach. They will cover everything you need to know to recognize mental health issues in others and provide practical actions you can take to lead your team to optimal performance.
